Paul Kriss (pdf)

Paul was brain-damaged since birth. He may have been an early victim of biological warfare tests conducted by the U.S. military in San Francisco in the early 1950s (see [i]One in a Million[/i] film by Mark Kriss for more on this topic). Perhaps the best way to remember Paul is as a young child before the brain damage became readily apparent. In this collection of photos, Paul is seen at play with normal children in the early 1950s.
